Budget Comments to Council

The public is invited to provide comment on the 2027 budget. Visit blm.mn/budget to view budget presentations to City Council and budget materials. 

Comments will be collected and shared with City Council to coincide with the opportunities for public comment at City Council Meetings:

• Preliminary Report (included with the August 17, 2026 City Council meeting materials)

• Second Preliminary Report (included with the November 16, 2026 City Council meeting materials)

• Final Report (included with the December 7, 2026 City Council meeting materials)
