ATAP Coalition

This project is led by a coalition that includes representatives from the City of Bloomington’s Traffic Engineering, Public Works, Public Health, Planning, Community Outreach and Engagement, and Sustainability Departments. The Plan for the City of Bloomington is funded through MnDOT’s Active Transportation Program.
