The City’s Community Outreach and Engagement Division (COED) team of six builds relationships with people and organizations in Bloomington to work together and allow people to participate in City decision-making by having their voice heard on issues that are important to them.




COED is creating a 3-5 year strategic plan, and we need your input. Input from residents and staff will help COED determine its priorities and how to improve our work. The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Results are anonymous.
