Bloomington Citywide Creative Placemaking Plan Update

Following the Creative Placemaking Commission’s approval of Bloomington’s Creative Placemaking Plan, it was presented to City Council on March 3, 2025, and was approved unanimously! The Bloomington Citywide Creative Placemaking Plan and Appendices documents are available on the Creative Placemaking website page, under the documents tab. Thank you to community members, arts organization leaders, Creative Placemaking Commissioners, Advisory Committee, artists, and City staff whose voices helped shape the plan to make Bloomington a more vibrant place!
