Timeline Update

Bloomington’s Creative Placemaking Plan is now in the third phase – data analyzation and plan drafting. Consultants at Forecast Public Art, in partnership with TENxTEN and Creative Community Builders, have analyzed what was learned over the past several months from the survey, 20 artist engagements activities, individual and small group stakeholder interviews, asset mapping, advisory committee, and a policy roundtable to develop a final draft of the plan. Creative Placemaking Commissioners will vote on approving the plan at the regular meeting on February 5, 2025
