Hennepin County Ordinance 13 requires cities with more than 10,000 people make curbside organics recycling available by 2022.

Bloomington Organics Recycling Drop-Off Sites Open

City and Sustainability Commission open two organics recycling drop-offs in Bloomington. Residents can bring their food scraps and non-recyclable paper to organics drop-off sites located in Bloomington. These sites are offered at no additional cost to residents. Residents must sign-up to use drop-offs.
