A 13-member Steering Committee will meet throughout the planning process to provide input and review findings. 

TIP Strategies team visits Bloomington to hold seven "roundtable" conversations with key stakeholder groups, present the project to City Council and Port Authority, and tour the City. Stakeholder groups include economic development partners; large employers, Bloomington Leadership Program participants; small business and entrepreneurship; real estate; tourism, hospitality, and marketing; and workforce development and higher education. 

Consultants will return to review research and discovery with Steering Committee and Bloomington staff. 

Presentation of final plan recommendations.
