Design Development Accessibility Survey

As we approach 100% design development for the Community Health and Wellness Center, your input is more important than ever.   While the building’s overall design and floor plans are largely established—and have been developed to meet or exceed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements—we deeply value your insights and want to ensure that our center is as inclusive, welcoming, and user-friendly as possible for all members of our community.

This survey will concentrate on important accessibility-related details that remain open for community input, including:

  • Layout and design of furniture
  • The placement of fixtures and equipment
  • Wayfinding systems and signage
  • Lighting, acoustics, and sensory details
  • User experience throughout the facility

Your perspective is critical in helping us go beyond code compliance to create a space that truly works for everyone.

Deadline: Sunday, July 20
