Construction is expected to occur over a 2-4 week period between April 15 and September 15, 2026. Construction dates will be selected strategically based on weather forecasts, with the intent of taking advantage of dry periods.

City Council Public Hearing
Per MnDNR requirements, a Public Hearing was held at Bloomington City Council on March 23. Council authorized the temporary drawdown to facilitate the storm sewer work.
