Riparian [Adjacent] Landowner Project Acknowledgement

This survey is intended only for individuals who own property adjacent to Pauly's Pond.  

Some of this information is required to verify you are an adjacent property owner.  If you prefer to respond in paper form, please reach out to the project manager.
