Hopeful

As a long time resident, I've been saddened to see the health of Penn Lake decline. Despite frequent blue green algae blooms, Penn Lake can be beautiful to look at, but I do not allow my grandkids to swim, fish, or kayak on the lake. The water quality is not healthy, but I appreciate the efforts being made to restore it. I am hopeful.
