The City’s Racial Equity Business Plan is an evolving document intended to guide the City's racial equity work in the near future. It was developed by the Racial Equity Coordinator in collaboration with the City's Executive Leadership Team.

The plan captures ongoing equity and inclusion priorities from the Council's Strategic Plan, and provides goals, strategies, and performance measures that will move the work forward. The draft plan was presented to the Council on July 13th. It will be presented to Council in the fall of 2020 for adoption.
